Remote Assistance

I am extremely pleased to offer fast and easy remote access!  This new technology will allow me to remotely connect to your computer.  We will both see your screen and can use the mouse and keyboard together.

First, call or email me and make arrangements for a remote session.

When you are ready for me to connect,  
                             (allow the software to RUN or open when prompted.)

You will then see this:

Double-click on the line "Allow Rick Williams to remote connect to me."  Your computer will connect to mine immediately.  When our session is finished, the software will simply end and unload automatically, nothing ever having been installed on your computer.  I will not be able to connect again in the future unless you return to this page and run the software again.

Billing for remote service support is the same rate as a regular on-site service call, though in 15 minute increments rather than the standard one-hour minimum.
